Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment Processing TimesAll Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, please contact us via email or telephone – coastaldelightagro@gmail.com and +91 81043 99468. We use third-party delivery partners for our PAN India deliveries.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

•All orders above Rs. 500 in value after discounts have free shipping.

 

•All orders below Rs. 500 have a flat shipping rate of Rs. 99.•The standard shipping time is 5-7 working days across India.

 

•We ship from Konkanand deliver to over 24,000 pincodes. This will be reflected and visible during checkout.Cash on Delivery (COD) is an option provided at checkout. If you choose this option, you will be required to pay the final invoice amount to the delivery person at your doorstep.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipping.

Damages

 

If you received Your Order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim via email or telephone – coastaldelightagro@gmail.com and +91 81043 99468 for resolution.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Photographs of the damage will be required to process the claim.
